The driving force behind TCIPL, Mr. Ajay Sabla is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of extensive experience in engineering design, process innovation, heavy fabrication, industrial consultancy, and turnkey project execution. A visionary leader and accomplished engineer, he has successfully designed, engineered, and commissioned numerous fertilizer, chemical, cement, and mineral processing plants across India and international markets.

Recognized for his passion for innovation, Mr. Sabla has introduced several pioneering engineering solutions for SSP and NPK plants, significantly reducing installation costs by 30% and operational expenses by 25%. He also developed an advanced Multi-Fuel Hot Air Generator, capable of operating on a wide range of fuels while improving thermal efficiency and reducing energy consumption. These innovations reflect his commitment to developing practical, sustainable, and techno-economically viable engineering solutions.
